Any disputes arising shall be resolved through negotiation and, if necessary, mediation. If mediation fails, disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with UAE laws.

10. Governing Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of UAE. Any legal action shall be brought exclusively in the courts of UAE.
